BY REGISTERING TO USE OUR SERVICES, YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS USER AGREEMENT WHICH COVERS OUR COMPLETE WEB SITE KNOW AS WAHAA.COM WHICH INCLUDES, OUR AUCTIONS, CLASSIFIEDS, DIRECTORIES, STORE DIRECTORIES AND NEWS SECTION OF WAHAA.COM   IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ACCEPT OR BE BOUND BY ALL THE TERMS OF THIS USER AGREEMENT, YOU SHOULD NOT ACCESS OR OTHERWISE USE THE SERVICES DESCRIBED BELOW IN THE WAHAA.COM (TOS) TERMS OF AGREEMENT.

 We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of this and all other agreements at any time by posting the amended items or terms within our help page section you will see instructions on where to fine updates. All amended terms shall take affect 30 days after they are posted within our web site.

You may open pages on Wahaa.com and buy from our stores without becoming a member of the Wahaa.com web site community. 

Rules & Membership Eligibility are as follows:

1. Not to use our site to provide false, misleading or inaccurate information to others.

2. You must be of legal age to form legally binding contracts under applicable law with us and others on the site. 
If you are under the age of 18 years of age you cannot sign on to our web site unless you do it with the conjunction with. and under the supervision of your guardians or parents. If you cannot qualify, please do not use our web site know as Wahaa.com. Thank You!

3. For the auctions, classifieds or directories you must not interfere or take any action against another site, person, auctions, classifieds, or directories for the real purpose of manipulating the bidding process of an item or interfere with a members classifieds. All misleading information will be turned over to proper authorities, for legal action against hackers or perpetrators of of a crime.

4. You accept not to interfere, or take any action, nor to spam any users on our site. Spamming other members will result in immediate termination from all sections of our web site and your account will be closed and all payments will be forfeited to us.

5. If you are the winning bid you must agree to complete the sale/purchase with the seller.

6. If you place a winning bid, you must agree to complete the sale to the highest bidder of each auction involved.

7. You cannot sell illegal products or services on our web site known as Wahaa.com. (Examples are live animals, body parts, Drugs, Illegal or not etc.)

8. You cannot sell items of an adult nature to minors where it can be harmful to the minor.

9. You cannot sell illegal drugs, pharmaceutical or otherwise.

10. You cannot sell live animals on Wahaa.com 

11. You acknowledge and agree that Wahaa.com is neither involved in nor a party to any actual transaction between or among Wahaa.com users. You hereby waive and release the owners of this site from all claims arising out of or in any way related to your transactions or attempts to enter into transactions with other Wahaa.com users or bidders on the Wahaa.com web site.
